Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. If you expect to arrive after 21:30 please advise the property of your mobile phone number so key pick up arrangements can be made. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card and a 3.5% charge when you pay with a Union Pay debit or credit card.
Guests may be required to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
One child under 2 years is charged AUD 30 per night.We do not provide a child’s cot/crib. All further older children or adults are charged AUD 40 per person per night without providing extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
100% of first night is charged 3 days prior to arrival for longer stays.
If canceled or modified up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of a no-show, a Full fee will be charged. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 300 can be required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Parties are strictly prohibited in rooms and on motel property. Breaches of policies will result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund. Please inspect the property before payment Properly. We must not give the refund after 25 minutes of check-in. If any complaints, please inform us 25 minutes of check-in, so we can provide you a new room.
